Do you provide prescription lens? At the moment, we don't offer them. Nevertheless, you can take your frames to any optician to get it done! DM us on IG if you need recommendations!
Is it possible to try before purchasing? Unfortunately, we only operate online, so we don't have physical locations. However, we provide detailed measurements for each frame to help with your decision. You can also check out numerous photos of our frames on our Instagram page to get a better idea of what they look like. Additionally, we occasionally take part in pop-up events, so be sure to follow us on Instagram for updates on these events!
Are the frames in stock and ready for purchase? Yes, everything displayed on our website is currently available in our inventory.
Can I order a sold out frame? Our frames are available in limited quantities, and we don't restock to maintain their exclusivity. If you find something you like, be sure to act quickly!
What payment modes do you accept? Visa, Master & PayNow transfers.
Is self-collection an option? No, unfortunately, it is not available. All orders will be delivered directly to your doorstep. A $6 delivery fee will be charged upon checkout.
What is the estimated delivery time? Delivery usually takes approximately 3 to 5 working days. Once your item is prepared for delivery, we'll provide you with a tracking number.
Do you ship to other countries? Currently, the only country we ship to outside of Singapore is Malaysia. For now, delivery is limited to KL and Selangor, with a $10 delivery fee.
What are the frames made of? We use high-quality acetate and TR90, the same materials used in optical shops — so you get frames that look good and last!
Is it possible to return or exchange an item? Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure the frame you intend to order is the appropriate size and shape for you. You can refer to our Instagram posts and highlights for additional reference before making your decision.
My frame is loose, can I send for repair? We don't offer repair services. Frames received by us are in a generic state, and any modifications or alterations can be arranged at any opticians at your discretion.
